My wing earrings are super light weight! These feature actual dragonfly wings from my “found bug” collection. The wings are from a larger dragonfly and have delicate black veining. I have ever-so lightly sealed these to preserve their delicate nature.

Embellished with a long, cobalt blue, blade shaped glass bead at top, and fresh water pearl approx. 1/4” id diameter at tips. These flitter beautifully and reflect light like crazy. I have cut + shaped the hooks (image 3), which measure approx. 1+1/2” L, from gun metal grey colored craft wire. Earrings measure approx. 1+7/8” long from top of hook to bottom dangle. NOTE: I find all cicada and dragonfly wings after each insect’s natural life span, on the ground, while gardening, or while out in nature. CARDBOARD MODELS ARE LIFE SIZED.
