My wing earrings are super light weight! These feature actual dragonfly wings from my “found bug” collection. I have ever-so lightly sealed these to preserve their delicate nature.

These wings are from a medium sized dragonfly and have very fine sepia veining. They are embellished with a tiny clear faceted crystal bead at top and small, oblong shaped fresh water pearls at tips. These flitter beautifully and reflect light like crazy. I have cut + shaped the hooks (image 4), which measure approx. 1/2” L, from antique copper colored craft wire. Earrings measure approx. 2+1/4” long from top of hook to bottom dangle. And are approx. 3/8”W. Buy my wearable nature art and rock the world!

NOTE: I find all cicada and dragonfly wings after each insect’s natural life span, on the ground, while gardening, or while out in nature. CARDBOARD MODELS ARE LIFE SIZED.
