…of course the microcosm is as infinite as the macrocosm! These leaf shaped earrings are whimsically painted with enamels on the back side, using 2 shades of red, and opaque white. I cut these leaf shaped earrings from a single-use clear plastic food container, of a purchased food product, which has been washed and sterilized (images 9+10). Re-Use and reduce my friends. Planeteers arise! The plastic edges are finished by heating them along the surface of an iron.

These measure approx. 1-1/8”W x 2-7/8” Tall from top of hook to bottom dangle. Hooks are shaped from 20 gauge black craft wire and the tail measures approx. 1-3/4” long. Bottom dangle is a beautiful sea foam green, glass bead with flecks of gold + taupe. It is added using a 22 gauge antique copper colored craft wire. These are extremely light weight, glossy and heart stopping both in the seen and unseen! Buy wearable art!
