“It’s Gold I tell Ya’!” These leaf shaped earrings are whimsically painted with enamels on the back side, using 3 different shades of gold, and, violet + lime green. I have cut these leaf shapes from a single use clear plastic food container, of a purchased food product, which has been washed and sterilized. Re-Use and reduce my friends. Make everyday Earth Day! The plastic edges are finished by heating them along the surface of an iron.

These measure approx. 1-1/8”W x 3-1/8” Tall from top of hook to bottom dangle. Hooks are shaped from 20 gauge black craft wire and the tail measures approx. 1-7/8” long. Bottom dangle is a small fresh water pearl, with a golden sheen and is added using a 22 gauge antique copper colored craft wire, forged and twirled at the end.
